If you’re a trade-based business using Fergus, adding your Fergus enquiry form to your Rocketspark website is one of the easiest ways to capture new leads and get more jobs booked in.
Using Fergus with Rocketspark means you can capture enquiries through your website and have them sent directly into Fergus, where you can review them and turn them into jobs. This helps you collect consistent information from customers and keeps everything organised from the start.
Step 1: Enable your Fergus web contact form
Before you add the form to your Rocketspark website, you’ll need to enable it in Fergus.
Log in to Fergus
Go to Settings in the top-right menu.
Find Enquiries
Turn on the Web Contact Form
Copy the form URL.
Fergus will generate a branded form using your business name and logo.
Step 2: Add your Fergus enquiry form to Rocketspark
You’ve got two options, depending on the experience you want.
Option 1: Add your form as a link (fast and simple)
This is the quickest setup. Customers click a button and open your Fergus form on a separate page.
Copy your enquiry form link from Fergus - following the steps above.
Open your Rocketspark editor
Go to the page you want the button on
Click the blue plus icon
Choose a button block (how to use a button block)
Set the button text (e.g. "Request a quote", "Enquire now", "Get a free quote")
Click the link icon, navigate to the "website" tab and paste your Fergus link to the button
Save your changes
Option 2: Embed a Fergus form directly on your Rocketspark page (best experience)
Want the form to sit inside your site so customers never leave your website? Embedding is the way to go.
Copy your enquiry form link from Fergus - following the steps above.
Open your Rocketspark editor
Go to the page you want the button on
Click the blue plus icon
- Choose Code block
-
Paste the following iFrame code into the code block:
<iframe src="YOUR_FORM_URL" width="100%" height="1250" frameborder="0" style="border:0;"></iframe> - Replace
YOUR_FORM_URLwith the URL of your Fergus enquiry form. - Save the code block once edited
-
The enquiry form will now appear directly on the page for your customers. If there are any issues with the spacing of the form, you can re-edit the code block and adjust the width and height digits till this fits best or change the stack spacing settings within Rocketspark (How to adjust content width & spacing for a stack?)
What happens when someone submits an enquiry?
Once your form is live, all new enquiries will appear inside Fergus under Enquiries, ready for you to action.
From there, you can:
Review the details
Follow up with the customer
Convert the enquiry into a job (with one click)
Where should I put the Fergus form on my website?
Most businesses put it on their:
- Contact page: Perfect if customers expect to find your enquiry form there.
- Quote page: Great if you want a dedicated call-to-action page.
- Service pages: This can increase enquiries because it catches people at the right moment.
Adding a Fergus enquiry form to your Rocketspark site is a simple upgrade that can seriously improve how you capture leads, quote faster, and stay organised.
