The Form Inbox makes it simple to manage and organise all your website’s form submissions in one place; to view, track, and manage all incoming form responses.
Please note: The Form Inbox is available after the 20th of January 2025 on selected plans. If this feature is not displaying on your dashboard after this date, you may be on a plan without this feature or a plan that will not include the new features until your next subscription renewal. Written instructions
- Log in to your Rocketspark Dashboard.
- Click on the "Form Inbox" section on the left side of the dashboard.
- The dashboard displays all form submissions in a table format. Please note, that you will only see form submissions from the date that you gained access to this advanced feature.

New submissions: Any unread submissions will have the bold text and the status marked as "Unread"

View submission: Once you click a submission in the table, a sidebar will pop up on the right-hand side displaying all of the customer's details sent in the submission.

Download files: If there are any files sent in a form submission, you can download the file to your device by clicking the arrow icon in the sidebar.

Mark submission status: You can mark any form submission status by clicking the dropdown on the right-hand side of your form inbox table.

Completed/Closed: If you mark a submission as "Completed" or "closed", these will be removed from your main inbox and will be found in your "closed" folder. You can always mark the status back if needed.

Filter by form: You can filter the submissions by the type of form on your website.

Filter by status: You can also filter the submissions by the current status.
This is helpful if you just want to see all submissions that you have "contacted", for example.

Search for submission: You can quickly search for a specific form by typing a keyword in the search bar.

Download submissions to a CSV file: You can download forms to a CSV file which will be saved on your device, click "Download CSV".
Download submissions to a CSV file: You can only download all submissions of one form type at a time. Choose a specific form. This is because each form may have different fields so the spreadsheet will not align if you download everything at once.

Frequently Asked Questions
How secure are my form submissions?
At Rocketspark, we prioritise your privacy and data security. All form submissions are protected using encrypted software, ensuring that your information remains confidential and secure.
Can multiple team members access the Form Inbox?
Only the admin email of the account can view submissions in the Form Inbox. You can also add a user as a "form manager" through the "Team" settings which will allow that user access. If other users access your website (Designer access and Rocketspark staff members for example) they will not see the form submissions due to privacy.
Will I still receive email notifications for new form submissions?
Yes, in addition to accessing submissions through the Form Inbox, you will continue to receive email notifications for each new form submission. This ensures you're promptly informed of any new entries.
Can I respond to form submissions directly through the Form Inbox?
No, the Form Inbox is designed for viewing and managing submissions. To respond to a submission, please use your email client to reply to the notification email associated with that submission.
Will using the Form Inbox affect my website's performance?
No, utilising the Form Inbox feature will not slow down your website. It operates independently of your site's performance, ensuring a seamless experience for your visitors.
Can I download my form submissions?
Yes, you can download your form submissions as a CSV file for record-keeping or analysis purposes. This feature makes it easy to manage large numbers of entries. Go to your Form inbox and click the "Download CSV" button.
What happens to submissions marked as "Read"?
Submissions marked as "Read" remain accessible in the Form Inbox but will no longer appear as new or unread. This helps you manage which submissions still need your attention.
What should I do if I’m not receiving email notifications?
Ensure that your email address is correctly configured in the form settings and check your spam or junk folder. Also, ensure that you have not blocked the email address @rocketsparkmailer.com and add this as a whitelisted email. If the issue persists, contact Rocketspark support for assistance.
Can I integrate my form with other software or platforms?
While Rocketspark doesn’t natively integrate forms with third-party software, you can use Zapier or similar tools. You would download the submissions to a CSV file and upload this to your 3rd party tool.
