You may want to add a form to your website to be able to collect information from your customers, this help guide will show you how to add in a form using our form builder.
How to add a form to your website:
- When logged into editor mode on your Rocketspark website, simply insert a stack and click "Add Block". Click on the email form option. You will be presented with all of your forms available to the add-in.
- Then you are able to select a form:
Click on one of them to add it to your page.
Alternatively, click on "Create a new form" to go to the My Forms area in Dashboard, where you can build your own forms.

FAQ
Does adding a form here update it everywhere it's used?
Yes—it does! If you edit a form later in My Forms, those updates automatically reflect everywhere that form appears on your site.
Where can I manage forms used across several pages?
Head to your My Forms section in the dashboard. You’ll see how many places a particular form is installed. Clicking the occurrences link shows you exactly where it appears—and you can jump directly to those pages to view or remove it.
What if I want to create or customise the form itself?
Go to My Forms in your dashboard and click Create a new form, or hit the pencil icon next to an existing form to edit it. You can change things like fields, email recipients, confirmation messages, tracking codes and more.
