How to download form submissions to a CSV file

You can export your form responses as a CSV to keep this secure on your device. A CSV file can be used to organise, analyse, or share the data.

Please note: Exporting form submissions is available after the 20th of January 2025 on selected plans. If this feature is not displaying on your dashboard after this date, you may be on a plan without this feature or a plan that will not include the new features until your next subscription renewal. 1. Log in to your Rocketspark Dashboard.
2. Navigate to "Form inbox".
   
3. Click the button "Download CSV"
   
4. Choose a form on your account that you want to download the data for. Please note, that only the admin email and form manager logged into a website can download form CSV files. 
   
   
   
5. Repeat steps 3-4 for any other forms on your website to download the CSV file.
   
   
6. If you have file uploads in a form, you will need to individually download the files to your device. Click on a form submission and click the download icon within the sidebar.
