This guide will explain how to login to your Rocketspark Dashboard. Your Rocketspark Dashboard is the hub for everything related to your Rocketspark website, email and domain name! You are able to access your website Dashboard in a couple of places.
You can log in to your Dashboard via our website (https://www.rocketspark.com) and click the Log in link on the top right hand side, where you can enter your website Dashboard login details.
Make sure you are in the correct country for your site hosting. Choose either New Zealand, Australia or the United Kingdom etc. using the flag or text link.
Enter your website Dashboard login details here (the email address for your account)
Once the email is confirmed, you will be able to add in the password.
Otherwise, if you have logged in with either Google or Microsoft, you will be able to click those options:
Alternatively, once your website is live, You can access your Dashboard by going to your website, scroll to the bottom of your site, and click on the Rocketspark logo
(note you may not have this option if you have decided to remove it from your footer when editing your site)
Tip: Once you get to your website Dashboard, you can also save it as a bookmark in your internet browser so that you can quickly access it again. Your dashboard URL will look something like this: https://mywebsite.rocketspark.co.nz
Keep in mind that each Rocketspark customer's Dashboard login will vary so make sure that you've located your unique URL before bookmarking your dashboard location.
Password requirements
When you’re creating (or resetting) your password for your Rocketspark Dashboard, please note the following requirements:

Minimum length: must be at least 8 characters.

Strength: the password can’t be too generic or common (for example “password123”, “12345678”, etc.).

If your password is too simple or doesn’t meet these rules, it will not be accepted.

Also — there is no specific error message telling you which requirement isn’t met. If login fails, double-check both length and strength.
