This guide is for resetting your website password if you've forgotten it. If you just want to change your password, you can do that in this separate guide here.
Please note that if you use Google or Microsoft to sign into your Rocketspark account, there is no way to reset the password for this as you would need to reset it through Google or Microsoft directly.
- Go to https://www.rocketspark.com/ and click the login link in the top right of the screen.
- Enter your email address, click Continue, then click on Can't sign in? Reset password
- A code will be emailed to the email address you provided when you first registered with Rocketspark. If you've forgotten what this email address is, you'll need to contact our Support Team.
- Enter the code from the email into the box to reset your password.
