This guide is for resetting your website password if you've forgotten it. If you just want to change your password, you can do that in this separate guide here.
Please note that if you use Google or Microsoft to sign into your Rocketspark account, there is no way to reset the password for this as you would need to reset it through Google or Microsoft directly.
- Go to https://www.rocketspark.com/ and click the login link in the top right of the screen.
- Click on Forgot your password
. - Enter your email address in the box provided.
- A link to reset your password will be emailed to the email address you provided when you first registered with Rocketspark. If you've forgotten what this email address is, you'll need to contact our Support Team.
- Click the link within that email to reset your password.
If you are having issues with your email not being recognised, this could be because you are on the wrong server. You can check this on the login screen; you should not be able to see your country flag, if you can click on this and then try again.
