The monthly performance report email will deliver easy-to-understand insights, displaying quick statistics. By simplifying complex data, you can keep a finger on the pulse of your website’s performance and be encouraged to improve website success by seeing your statistics over time.
Based on your website subscription and the features that you have connected, you will receive a unique report for your business.
- Website Builder Pro and Website Builder Pro Plus
- Ecomerce Grow and Ecomerce Pro
- Website Builder and Single Page plans
- Ecomerce Lite
**Please note: Email reports will be available starting March-April 2025. You will receive the reports at the start of each month. If you have recently upgraded your website to go live, you will receive your first report once you have been online for one full month, sent at the beginning of the next month.
Website Builder Pro and Website Builder Pro Plus plans:
- If you have connected to Google Analytics through the dashboard, you will see the number of website sessions from the past month, the number of forms received and mobile calls.
- If you have not connected to Google Analytics through the dashboard there will be a prompt on how to connect. You will still see the number of forms received and calls from the past month.
**You will not receive a report if you have all 3 of the below aspects:
- Have not connected to Google Analytics.
- You do not have a form on the website
- You do not have a mobile phone number.
Ecomerce Grow and Ecomerce Pro Plans
- If you have connected to Google Analytics through the dashboard, you will see the number of website sessions from the past month, the number of sales, forms received and mobile calls.
- If you have not connected to Google Analytics through the dashboard there will be a prompt on how to connect. You will still see the number of sales, forms received and calls from the past month.
**You will not receive a report if you have all 4 of the below aspects:
- Have not connected to Google Analytics.
- Your store is offline.
- You do not have a form on the website
- You do not have a mobile phone number.
Website Builder and Single Page Plans:
- If you have connected to Google Analytics through the dashboard, you will see the number of website sessions from the past month, and a snippet of the number of forms received and mobile calls (pro features).

Ecomerce Lite plans:
- If you have connected to Google Analytics through the dashboard, you will see the number of website sessions and sales from the past month. Plus a snippet of the number of forms received and mobile calls (pro features).

You can unsubscribe to the email reports within the "My Account" settings of the website. You can also choose an alternative email to receive the email reports within the "My Account" settings if needed.
