Each month, you will receive a website performance report to see how much online traffic you are getting. These reports are helpful to keep track of how the site performs over time. You will always have the option to unsubscribe from getting these reports. You also have the option to change the email recipient (if you don't want the reports, someone else in your team can still receive them to keep the benefits).
How to unsubscribe:
You can unsubscribe by clicking the option in the report footer that you receive or by following the steps below.
- Log in to your Rocketspark dashboard
- Navigate to "My Account" settings
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and toggle off the subscription.
- Confirm this action (click "yes").
- You are now unsubscribed - you can always re-subscribe by clicking the toggle again.
How to change the email recipient
- Log in to your Rocketspark dashboard
- Navigate to "My Account" settings
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and enter an alternative email address. You can add as many email addresses to receive the reports; separate emails by a comma.
- If you want to receive the reports as well as others, make sure your owner email is entered
into this box.

Can I stop receiving these reports?
Yes. You can unsubscribe anytime by clicking the link in the report footer or by toggling off the subscription in your Rocketspark dashboard under “My Account”. -
Can someone else on my team get the reports instead of me?
Absolutely! In your dashboard under “My Account”, you can enter one or more alternative email addresses. Just separate them with commas. -
What if I change my mind later?
No worries—you can re-subscribe anytime by toggling the subscription back on in your dashboard.
