What to do before downgrading your plan
Downgrading from Website Builder Pro to Website Builder Plan

| Advanced Fields in use (Date Picker, File Upload, Headings) | You will need to remove these advanced fields from the forms on your website. If you downgrade with these fields still active on your form, they will disappear and may cause the forms to be unusable How to edit an existing form. Downgrading from any E-commerce plan to a Website Builder plan

Downgrading from E-commerce Grow to E-commerce Lite plan

| Lightspeed Integration | If your site is integrated with Lightspeed you will need to disconnect Lightspeed. |
| Mailchimp Integration | If your site is integrated with Mailchimp you will need to disconnect Mailchimp. |
After following the above above, you can now downgrade your plan by following the steps below.
How to downgrade the plan:
Please review the downgrade requirements before proceeding.

Log into your dashboard.

Once you have actioned any necessary steps needed before downgrading, navigate to the Billing section.
- Click Change Plan.
- This screen will display what plan you are currently using.
*The pricing will reflect the plan prices based on your country.
- At the top, you can switch between "Website Builder" and "Ecommerce" plans.
- Underneath each plan will be a list of feature inclusions. Click Select Plan on a desired plan.
- The plan you are downgrading to will display the features that will lost after this change. There will be the amount that you will be charged at your next website subscription renewal (no charges today unless today is the date of your website renewal).
- Click Change Plan Now.
