To pay for your Rocketspark subscription, the only method of payment we accept is via a credit or debit card. You can easily upload your card and store this for future payments through the billing settings of your Rocketspark Dashboard. If you do not own a company card, you will need to use a personal card or register a new card for your business.
Can I pay for my subscription via Direct Credit?
While in the past we accepted direct credit (bank transfers) as a payment method - we no longer can provide this option due to several reasons:

Payment Processing Efficiency: We have streamlined processes for handling recurring payments and automating subscription renewals through the method of credit card payments. Reducing the administration associated with manual direct credit payments.

Fraud Prevention: Credit card payments come with built-in fraud protection mechanisms. By utilising credit card payments, we can leverage these fraud prevention measures, reducing the risk of fraudulent transactions and potential financial losses found within direct credit payments.

Subscription Management: Direct credit payments require manual tracking and management of payment due dates and customer renewals. By using a dedicated subscription management system, we can automate these processes, ensuring smooth subscription renewals, timely payments, and accurate billing. This further prevents accounts from accidentally being shut down due to no payment.

Resource Allocation: Managing direct credit payments requires additional resources, including infrastructure, security measures, and compliance efforts. We prefer to allocate these resources to business activities, such as software development, customer support, and enhancing features.
