FAQ
Why doesn’t my existing domain show up after I add it?
Once you’ve selected Use an existing domain and clicked Don't Transfer, your domain should appear under Self‑Managed Domain Names. If it doesn’t, double‑check your entry or try refreshing your Dashboard.
What do I need to do after adding the domain?
You’ll need to point your domain to your Rocketspark site by updating its DNS records. We’ve got specific guides depending on your server location (NZ, AU, UK, or US).
Can I keep managing my domain where it is?
Yes—you can choose Don't Transfer and manage the domain yourself at your current provider. Just follow the DNS settings guides to make sure your domain points properly to your Rocketspark site.
