Below is all the information you need to set up and access your email accounts outside of webmail on all of your devices. We recommend you use the Easy Setup tool for configuring software on your computer or mobile device or scroll to the bottom to get to the technical details if you are an advanced user. Your email account settings including username & password are emailed to you when the email account is first created.

For advanced email setups or if you want to view your Rocketspark email via Gmail please use the settings in the table below. All email accounts we host, regardless of the domain name, will use the following server settings. To use a secure connection, use the settings marked "SSL.". We recommend that you use IMAP with SSL unless using POP3 to sync with your Gmail.

Outgoing servers require SMTP authentication. Microsoft Outlook users will need to manually enable this feature.
For customers using SMTP server details to send emails from Desktop Software, we require the email address to match the sending inbox.

Important email setup notes:
- Your new email account won’t receive emails until your domain has been set up to work with Rocketspark’s email service. A simple check that your domain is connected is to go to your domain name in your web browser and if your new Rocketspark website appears it is likely that your domain is connected.
- As per our terms and conditions, we don't provide I.T. support for setting up your email account on a computer and portable devices except for ensuring that the webmail service is working. If your webmail is working, the issue is in almost all instances a device-specific issue. Rocketspark plans would be much more expensive if we included full support for email setup on all devices. Please be sure to enter your email settings correctly as incorrectly entered passwords or settings are the number one cause of email issues. Once you have checked the settings are correct, the issues often relate to more complex matters such as anti-virus software and internet connectivity issues which need an I.T. specialist to resolve.
