**Please note: Email reports will be available starting March-April 2025. You will receive the reports at the start of each month. If you have recently upgraded your website to go live, you will receive your first report once you have been online for one full month, sent at the beginning of the next month.
If you have a team and want multiple people to receive the monthly website performance reports, you can easily set this up in the 'My Account' section of your website!
For design partners, we highly recommend that you add your email address to each client website. Receiving reports alongside your clients allows you to monitor website performance, offer proactive support, and assist during low-traffic months.
How to change the email recipient
- Log in to your Rocketspark dashboard
- Navigate to "My Account" settings
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and enter an alternative email address. You can add as many email addresses to receive the reports; separate emails by a comma and click save.
- If you add an alternative email address, the owner of the website (email found at the top of "My Account" settings) will no longer receive the reports. If the owner of the website still wants the reports, make sure that you also add this address within the email box section.
