If you get a new client and they already have a Rocketspark account which they would like you to make edits and changes to, you will need to get it requested to move into your Design Studio.
To do this you will need to reach out to the customer support team at support@rocketspark.com to get them to add this in for you. There is one thing that they need to do before they make this change, however. This is the consent from the owner of the account via email. You can obtain this in a few ways.
- If you have email confirmation from your new client already either forward us the consent or send us a screenshot of this. You need to make sure to capture the email address that this was sent from, so the support team can confirm it is the owner of the account.
- Send us an email, cc the client's owner's email and ask the client to confirm that they are happy with this change. Here is a template of what it could look like:
Hi Rocketspark Team,
I have a new client that I want to move their current Rocketspark site into my Design Studio. I have cc'd them in on this email for confirmation.
Hi client's name, can you please reply to this email chain to confirm that you are happy for your site to be moved into my Design Studio?
