Cancel your 30-day trial
If you are on a free 30-day Rocketspark trial you don't need to do anything to cancel, just let your trial run to the end and it will automatically expire at that time.
Cancel your website
To cancel your website:
- Log into your website dashboard and go to the My Account menu.
- Click the Close Account link:
- Choose what date and time you would like the website to cancel. You will want to cancel before the next due date mentioned to avoid further charges.
- If you host your domain names with Rocketspark, you will need to select if you want to:
A. Transfer your domain/s name to another provider, you will receive a transfer code for this.
B. Keep the domain name/s and renew this annually with Rocketspark.
C. Cancel the domain/s with the website subscription.
- If you host email accounts with Rocketspark, you will need to select if you want to:
A. Cancel the email account/s with the website shutdown
B. Keep the email account and renew this Rocketspark (you will also need to keep your domain)
- Please let us know why you are closing your website.
- If you have any other feedback, we would appreciate it to enhance the website platform!
- Please select a rating between 1 to 10
- Lastly, click "Close Account"

We will keep your website data for two months following the closure of your account. If you decide to re-upgrade within this time you can start where you left off, however, upgrading outside of this timeframe will start you off with a blank slate, meaning you'd need to redesign your site and add all your content again.
