The team at Rocketspark has added a chatbot so that it is easier and quicker to get help. Please keep in mind that it is new and is learning on the job.
The best way to use it is to give it details about what you are after.
If it isn't able to help you, let it know, and you can send the query through to a human who will be able to help you out. It automatically sends a ticket through to the support team, where they will be able to get in touch with you.
You will be able to access the chatbot in the bottom right-hand side of the dashboard.
You will then be able to start asking the chatbot to help you out. It looks at the Rocketspark help guides to make sure that the information it is giving you is accurate, but sometimes, it can make mistakes.
The chatbot is not able to make changes on the website for you; it is there to help guide you to make the changes yourself.
