Your client may come through to you asking you to close down their website on their behalf. Please use this guide to help you close down the account.
There are a few ways that you can do this:
Option 1: Get your client to close down the website themselves
This is the option that we suggest as they will be asked what they would like done with their emails, domain names if we host them, as well as why they are leaving and any feedback they have for Rocketspark. You could send them this guide here: How do I cancel my Rocketspark website?
Option 2: Close the website down yourself
- Head to your design studio
- Click on login to get access to the site
- Head to 'My Account'
- Click on 'Close Account' and go through the process
Option 3: Request shutdown through your Design Studio
- Head to your design studio
- Click on the cog icon at the right-hand corner of the website
- Click on Site Settings
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and there is the option to shutdown the site
- This will trigger an action for the customer support team to reach out to you, letting you know that we will need confirmation from the owner of the account before they are able to close down the site.
- Once they have confirmation from the owner, they can then action the site shutdown.
