Site Duplication will allow you to duplicate or copy any of your client's websites from your Design Studio. This help guide will walk you through the process.
Please note: This feature is only accessible for Rocketspark Partners, available through their Design Studio.
1. Log in to your Rocketspark Design Studio Dashboard.
2. Find the website you are wanting to duplicate on your Dashboard.
3. Click the little settings cog that can be seen on the top right-hand side of that website.
4. Once you have done this, click on the Duplicate site button.
5. After you have clicked this button, a pop-up will appear giving you the option to confirm the site duplication. You can either confirm by clicking the Duplicate button or cancel it using the Cancel button.
6. If you click Duplicate, you will see another site appear in your Design Studio called websitename(copy). This process can take some time (approximately 1 hour, however, is dependent on the size of the site) but you will receive an email to your Design Studio admin email address once it has been completed.
Please note: Do NOT make any changes to the site being duplicated during this time as this can cause issues in the process.
7. When you receive that email saying the site duplication is complete, you can now access and make changes to your new duplicated website.
Note:
- The admin email address for the new website will be websitename-1@example.com and the URL will be http://websitename-1.rocketspark.co.nz.
- Site Duplication will exclude the shop.
