You may want to display a popup on your website for multiple reasons, such as letting your customers know about special offers, important notices, age verification popup, and more. We now offer an easy-to-edit pop-up you can add yourself.

- Go to your 'Manage Store' in your Rocketspark Dashboard.
If you don't have your store enabled click on the 'Store' in your Rocketspark Dashboard. Please note you do not need to turn your store online or be an E-commerce customer to access this feature.
- In your Store Settings go to your Store Preferences section and scroll down to the Site Auto Popup area.
Here you can enter your Popup Title, Popup Paragraph (description), and Popup Close Button Label. - Once you have filled out the text areas you can choose where you want to show the popup on your site. You can choose if you would like the pop-up to show on your entire website or just your shop.
- To view your popup, go to your website or store (depending on the above setting). Please note your pop-up will only show once for yourself and website visitors. However, if you change any of the popup wording or settings this will allow the pop-up to re-show.

Do I have to be an E-commerce Customer to use the popup?
No, you don't need to be an E-commerce customer or sell online to use this popup. However, you do need to add a shop to your site in order to access the popup settings though you can keep the store offline.
Can I add a clickable link for visitors to click on?
No, you currently can not add a clickable link to the popups through Rocketspark. But you can check out Elfsight who have the ability to add this.
Can I use this popup as an email newsletter sign-up popup form?
No, we don't offer this with our popup feature however, there are other great options you can use to enable a newsletter signup popup on your site check out:
