If you are in the process of setting up a Google Workspace account but recieve the error message "The Google Account Already Exists"
Below are a few different solutions to proceed with Workspace through Rocketspark.

*Your domain has been associated with Google in the past.
If you receive this error but have not set up a Google Workspace account for your domain before, the email attached to your domain may have been used to set up a Google tool in the past (such as Google Analytics, etc.)
This means Google has claimed your domain within their system. Your domain will now need to get released before creating a Google Workspace account with Rocketspark.
To release your domain from Google, simply submit a form to Google here: Domain already in use. Once you submit this form, within one working day your domain should be released. You will be notified by Google with the email you use in the submission form.
After your domain has been released, you can proceed with creating a Google Workspace account through your Rocketspark dashboard: Set up Google Workspace
*You have an existing Google Workspace account/domain with another reseller.
If you have an existing Google Workspace account, we will need to transfer your Google account to our Rocketspark reseller account. This will require a transfer token, found within your Google Admin Console.

On your device, please make sure you're signed in to a Google Workspace super admin email account. Learn more
- Once logged into your Google account, click this link: Retrieve Transfer Token.
- This link will open a unique page via the Google account which contains the token code.
- If this link does not work, you will not be logged into your super admin email - try to log in through an icognito tab in your browser.

Enter the Rocketspark reseller identifier code C02xgoee5 and then click Confirm Reseller Identifier.
- Review the terms and conditions, and then click Generate Transfer Token.
- Please contact support@rocketspark.com to inform us that you’ve generated the token, we will begin the transfer for you!
Please note: Your billing will start fresh through Rocketspark's Google reseller. So, if you have an existing Google Workspace plan that you pay annually, you may want to transfer to Rocketspark the month before your next yearly invoice is due to avoid any loss of your subscription.
