If you have an existing Google Workspace account, you can transfer your Google account to our Rocketspark reseller account.
How transfers work
- Super administrators in your organisation get an email with details about the transfer.
- Transfers are nonreversible.
- If you transfer a Workspace subscription, the associated Cloud Billing account does not automatically transfer.
- Transfers don’t affect your data or availability. You can use Google services as usual during a transfer.
- If you transfer a subscription to Google or another reseller, you can’t transfer any subscription to the original reseller for 18 months.
- You can transfer all or part of your subscriptions, including Google Workspace, Cloud Identity, and add-on subscriptions, such as Google Workspace Additional Storage. For subscriptions that belong to the same product group, you must transfer all of them together.
- If you have a G Suite Business or G Suite Basic subscription, your subscription will be upgraded to a Workspace subscription at the time of transfer. If you’re transferring to a reseller, contact the reseller for options and pricing. If you’re transferring to Google, you'll be asked to set up billing for a Workspace subscription.
How to add in the Rocketsparks Reseller token
- On your device, please make sure you're signed in to admin.google.com using your Google Workspace super admin user. Learn more
- Once logged into your Google account, click this link: Retrieve Transfer Token.
- This link will open a unique page via the Google account which contains the token code.
- If this link does not work, you will not be logged into your super admin email - try to log in through an private tab in your browser.

Enter the Rocketspark reseller identifier code C02xgoee5 and then click Confirm Reseller Identifier.

Please contact support@rocketspark.com to inform us that you’ve moved your Workspace into our reseller. The team will need to know:
- How many emails you have?
- What plan you are on?
- Frequency; monthly or annually?
Once the team has this they can transfer it over and connect it up to your Rocketspark account.

Please note: Your billing will start fresh through Rocketspark's Google reseller. So, if you have an existing Google Workspace plan that you pay annually, you may want to transfer to Rocketspark the month before your next yearly invoice is due to avoid any loss of your subscription.
