For whatever reason, the payment that was due wasn't successful. This could be for a range of reasons, but it is easy to pay the overdue invoice through your Rocketspark Dashboard.
1) Simply log into your website dashboard
2) On your dashboard login page, you'll see a similar notice to the following, or go to the My Account section in Dashboard to view all overdue invoices.
3) Click the Pay Now text link and you'll see the following:
4) Click the Pay Online Now button
5) Note: If you don't want this credit card info to be used in the feature, please untick the Store this card for future payment? tickbox at this time. Your credit card details will not be stored on our account if this is unticked.
6) Please fill out your credit card details as prompted and click Submit
NOTE: We don't accept AMEX (American Express) or Diners' Club credit cards.
