For whatever reason, the payment that was due wasn't successful. This could be for a range of reasons, but it is easy to pay the overdue invoice through your Rocketspark Dashboard.
1) Simply log in to your website dashboard.
2) On your dashboard login page, you'll see a similar notice to the following, or go to the My Account section in Dashboard to view all overdue invoices.
3) Click the Pay Now text link, and you'll see the following:
4) Add your card details as prompted and click Add Card. This will store your card for future payments.
Note: If you don't want this credit card info to be used in the future, you can update your card details after the payment has gone through, or contact support@rocketspark.com to remove this card for you.
Please note:
- We don't accept AMEX (American Express) or Diners' Club credit cards.

Why did my payment fail?
Payments can bounce for a few reasons—like an expired card, insufficient funds, or your bank blocking the transaction. The good news is you can quickly fix it by paying the overdue invoice through your Dashboard.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards, but not AMEX (American Express) or Diners’ Club.
Will my card be saved for future payments?
Yes—when you add a card to pay your invoice, it’ll be stored for next time. If you’d prefer not to keep it saved, you can update your card details after payment, or flick us a message at support@rocketspark.com and we’ll remove it for you.
What if my credit card keeps getting declined?
