When customers make an order in your Rocketspark online store, they will be sent an order confirmation email. At the top of those order confirmation emails, your logo should display, however, if you notice that your logo is not showing on your confirmation emails this may be why.
1. You do not have a logo set for your website.
If you do not have a logo set up for your website then there will not be a logo to pull through to your order confirmations emails.
2. Your logo is a transparent PNG file.
If your site is using a transparent PNG file then this will not be included in your order confirmation emails. The reason for this is that we don't know how good this will look on a white background so it is safer to not include the logo.
To include a logo in your order confirmation emails what you can do here is to upload your logo to your site with a white background.

FAQs
My logo looks blurry in the email — how can I fix that?
Blurriness usually happens when the image is too small or compressed. Try uploading a version that’s at least 2× the display size (for example, 400–600 px wide). This ensures your logo looks sharp on high-resolution screens.
Will changing my website logo affect past order confirmation emails?
No, it won’t. Past order confirmation emails keep the logo that was active at the time of sending. Your new logo will only appear in future order confirmations.
Why does my logo look different in Gmail or Outlook?
Each email provider displays images slightly differently — especially when scaling for mobile or dark mode. We recommend testing your order confirmation email by sending a test order to yourself and checking how it looks in a few inboxes.
Can I add a different logo to my emails than the one on my website?
Not right now — your email logo automatically pulls from your website logo. But a handy workaround is to temporarily swap in a different logo before sending bulk updates or promotional emails, then switch it back.
Does adding a logo affect email deliverability?
Nope! Including a logo won’t impact your email delivery rates. Just make sure your file is a standard format (like JPG or PNG) and under 1 MB so it loads quickly for your customers.
