In order to manage customer expectations, you can set a customised message that'll appear at checkout, on the payment complete page and on the order confirmation email that's sent to your customer.
Here is how to do it:

- Log into your Rocketspark Dashboard, and click on your Manage Store on the left-hand side.
- Go to Store Preferences.
- Navigate to Delivery/Pickup checkout message.
- Edit the delivery/pickup checkout messages which will appear on the checkout, payment complete page and on the order confirmation email that's sent to your customer (to see an example of this order confirmation email, check out this help guide: What do the order confirmation emails look like?).
