To update a password for a Google Workspace account, please follow the steps below.
- Head to admin.google.com. You will need to log in using the admin email for your Workspace account.
If you are unsure who your admin email is, please head to Rocketspark Dashboard --> Google Workspace, and through there, you will be able to find the admin email. - Once logged in, there is a section called Users. You can click on Manage in that box.

Once there, you can hover over the email address you need to update the password, and there will be an option for 'Reset password'.
- You can then go through the options to reset the password
