You can add Google Booking to your Rocketspark site if you would like to use this as your booking system. You can even use Stripe to the booking so that you can take payments when someone books with you.
Please note that you will need to use Google Workspace to get this feature and be on at least the Business Standard Plan through Google Workspace.
Here is how to add it to your website:
- You will need two tabs open in your browser. One being the Rocketspark Dashboard and the other being your Google Calendar.
- Head to Google Calendar. Near the top there is a section called 'Create' - Click on this.
- There will then be a section called 'Appointment Schedule'
- You will then be prompted to add in details for things like:
- What do you want this bookings to be called? e.g, 1 on 1 Meeting
- What times are you available?
- Did you want a buffer time between meetings? e.g, 30 minutes in between meetings
- What is the maximum bookings you would like per day?
- What information did you want to display when someone books?
- What information did you want from your clients who are booking a meeting?
- Did you want to add a payment on booking? If so, how much?

- Booking reminders - If you have opted to add a payment to the booking, you will need to add Stripe to Google Calendar.
- Head to settings near the top right-hand side of the calendar
- Head to the bottom of the settings and you are able to connect Stripe

- The next step is to add it to your Rocketspark website, but first you need to get the code. Within your calendar, please click on the 'Bookings' option.
- A pop-up will appear. From here, click on the 'Share option'
- Then make sure to select 'Website embed'
- You will have two options to add it to your website, either as a button or in line with your website content.
- Just copy the code that this has given you and head to your Rocketspark site. Make sure you go to the page you would like to add this into your website.
- You will then need to add a block to your website, select Code Block
- Paste in the code, then don't forget to hit 'Save'.
- You will then see your Booking calendar in your website for your customers to book directly!
How to remove Bookings from your site:
- Head to Google Calendar
- Select the bookings, there is a bin in the top right hand corner of the pop-up.
- You can then choose when you would like to remove the bookings for
- Don't forget to delete the block through your Rocketspark website by select the bin on the block

Q: Do I need a specific Google account to use Google Booking?

Q: Can I accept payments through Google Booking on my Rocketspark site?
Yes, but you’ll need to connect Stripe to your Google Calendar booking setup before embedding. Once Stripe is linked in your booking settings, customers can pay at the time they book.

When copying the embed code from Google Booking, you can choose whether the booking widget appears as a button or inline calendar — pick whichever suits your design best.
Q: Will bookings automatically show on Google Search or Maps too?
Embedding the booking on your site is separate from enabling bookings on Google Search or Maps. To show “Book” buttons directly in Google results, you may need to connect a supported booking provider through your Google Business Profile.
Q: Why can’t I add a booking link in my Google Business Profile?
Google sometimes restricts booking buttons based on your business category or region — if it won’t show, try adding the link manually into the profile’s “Appointment links” section, or check your business category fits a service that offers bookings.

Go back to your Google Calendar, delete the specific booking schedule, then remove the code block from your Rocketspark page. The booking calendar will no longer appear on your site.
