What is Calendly
Streamline appointments and meetings by using Calendly.
Calendly is a service that automatically connects to your calendar and sees when you are available. This then allows your customers or team members to book a time with you when available.
You can also set up a schedule of specific time slots in a day that you are available for a meeting.
Calendly is a third-party integration, there may be a cost involved which you will be able to find on their pricing page.
How to embed Calendly on my website
There are a number of options for embedding Calendly to your page we would recommend look at the Calendly help guide which covers off these in more detail.

Get the embed code.
Once you have added a Calendly event, click the settings cog and choose Add to website.
The three ways to add Calendly to your site are shown to you, there are different install instructions for each.
- An Inline Embed option that loads your Calendly scheduling page directly within your website’s content.
- A Popup Widget that adds a floating button to your site and launches Calendly as a popup when clicked.
- A Popup Text option that generates a link that can be placed anywhere in your content, which launches Calendly in a popup when clicked.
Inline Embed
Simply copy the Embed Code given to you and place this in a HTML Code block on the page where you would like it.

Popup Widget
This option adds a popup bubble to the bottom corner of each page of your website. To install this you want to copy the Embed Code and install this into the Rocketspark Dashboard -> Get Found -> Additional Tracking code area as a <body> tag tracking code.

Note: The popup widget will only be visible when you are logged out.
Popup Text option
This option is similar to the popup widget but is designed for making a text link instead of a floating button.
Simply copy the Embed Code given to you and place this in a HTML Code block on the page where you would like it.

Alternatively if you want to style the text like the rest of the paragraph text on the page, place the code in a Text Block but make sure to turn on the Source Code mode of the text block before you paste it in.
At the top left of the text editor you will see a source code button
Click this source code button and then paste in the Embed Code provided by Calendly.
