Do you currently use Rackspace (webmail) for your email hosting through Rocketspark? If so, you will have the option to change your email hosting to Google Workspace if this is preferred. You will still be paying and managing your email through Rocketspark. What is Google Workspace?

Transfer process:
- Contact support@rocketspark.com and we will enable Google Workspace on your Rocketspark account.
- Once enabled, you can set up your Google Workspace account: How to Set Up Google Workspace
- You will have a fresh new inbox for your email. You can either migrate your historical emails (details below) or keep this inbox empty.
- Contact support@rocketspark.com once more and let us know once you have set up the account. We will correct the billing and delete the old webmail account.
Migrate emails from Webmail to Google Workspace (optional)
Once you have created the new Google Workspace account, you can migrate any historical emails from the old webmail inbox to the new Google inbox. Use the steps below, or the Rocketspark team can do this for you (migration fee of $100+GST NZD for this service).

Sign into your new Google Workspace Admin Console Learn more

In the Admin console, go to Menu DataImport/Export Data migration.
- Click Set Data Migration Up.
- For Migration Source, select Other IMAP Server.
Make sure Email is selected as the data type.
- For Connection Protocol, choose IMAP
- In the Server URI field, enter secure.emailsrvr.com
- For Role Account, enter the email address and password for your role account (your Webmail email)
- Click Start.
- For Migration Start Date, accept the option that appears or choose 'Custom Date' - you will want to push this out before you had set up your email. For example, set the year date as 2002 or similar to get all the history
- For Migration Options, accept the options that appear or choose to exclude some data.
- Click Select Users.
- Click Add User.
- In the Source Email field, enter the user's email address on the source account (webmail email).
- For Google Workspace Email, start entering the new Google Workspace email address.
- For Password, enter the password for the source email account (webmail email).
- Click Start.
- (Optional) To migrate another user's email, repeat steps 12-16.
