This guide will walk you through the process of resetting email passwords through Google Workspace.
- Navigate to your Google Workspace Admin Console.
- Under the User Panel, click "Manage".
- Next to the desired email account, hover over the 5th column and click "Reset Password".
- A pop-up will appear, you can either have an auto-generated password or create a custom password.
- If you are resetting a user's password on their behalf, it is recommended to tick the option "Ask the user to change their password when they sign in".
- Click reset for the new password to work.
