How do I remove an email account?

Deleting email accounts on your Rocketspark Dashboard is easy. Sometimes you may find that you are wanting to change the name on an old email account or just simply remove one, you can do this in your Dashboard:

1. Log into your Rocketspark Dashboard.
2. Navigate to Email Accounts on the left-hand side of your page.
   
   
3. Under Email Accounts, you will now see all your email accounts associated with your domain listed. Click on Delete Account beside the account you want to remove.
   
4. If you are happy that you have selected the relevant account you want to be deleted, click Send Request.
   
5. The Rocketspark team will be notified and will delete your account and confirm its deletion with the account admin. Email accounts can be recovered up to 14 days after deletion. Ensure that the email you're deleting isn't the admin or billing email on your account, and double-check it's not being sent form responses or orders.
