When moving your domain across to Rocketspark many new customers choose to transfer their email addresses across to have everything in one single location for peace of mind. However, there are quite a few questions that come from this.
What email addresses can be transferred across?
If you have an email address associated with any domain name linked to your Rocketspark website you will have the ability to transfer that email address across to us to host.
If your email hosting is with Office 365 or using Google Apps for Business we would recommend you leave your email hosting where it is.
What email addresses cannot be transferred across?
Only emails associated with a domain name you own can be transferred to Rocketspark. If you have an email address such as xyz@gmail.com or xyz@hotmail.com or similar these cannot be transferred to Rocketspark.
Will I lose all my emails if transferring my emails to Rocketspark?
We offer to transfer your existing emails to your new email inbox with us at a charge. Please see the following article on this process to help you understand the process better.
What settings will Rocketspark need in order to get my emails all migrated across?

What kind of inbox will I receive with Rocketspark?
You will receive a Google Workspace email address. It depends on the plan what you will receive with Google Workspace. To see what is included, please head here. You are able to set this up on any device that has the Gmail app. As it is with Google, you are able to customise your email and know that it is secure.
If I transfer my email across what will the email hosting fee be with Rocketspark?
We can create as many email accounts as you like but there is a cost per inbox per month or year depending on your payment plan. For more pricing options please see the Rocketspark pricing page and select your relevant country.
