If you only have one domain you cannot cancel the domain, instead, you will need to initiate a shutdown process for your Rocketspark account. All domains with Rocketspark are automatically renewed until cancelled.
If you have multiple domain names, you can cancel any domain name that is not your primary domain. You will still be able to edit the DNS settings for this domain up until it expires.
- Log into your Rocketspark Dashboard using your log in details.
- Click Domain Names in the left-hand menu.
- Find the domain you are looking to cancel, click the pencil icon to the left of the domain name.
- Click on the Domain Options tab.
- If the selected domain is not your primary domain, click Cancel Domain Name.
- If you are sure you would like to cancel your domain name click Yes.
- Your domain name will not be renewed and will expire on the date specified.
Restoring a Cancelled Domain

- At the bottom of the page is a section labelled Cancelled Domains.
- Find the domain you would like to renew, click the Restore Domain button next to it.
