Overview
Rocketspark does not permit websites that are pornographic or sexual in nature. This includes any content, imagery, or services that depict or promote sexual acts, nudity intended to be sexually suggestive, or services of a sexual nature.
Why the Policy Is Broad
Our policy is intentionally broad so that our team doesn’t need to make individual judgments about what level of sexual content is acceptable. We also want to protect our team from being exposed to adult material, as people have different levels of comfort and care around such content.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for deciding whether their website content fits within this policy. If your website includes or promotes sexual content, services, or imagery of any kind, it’s safest to assume that it does not comply with Rocketspark’s terms.
Our support team can’t review or make judgments about specific examples, images, or site ideas.
Being Upfront
We want to be clear from the start so you don’t put time and effort into creating a website that might later be removed for breaching our terms. If you’re unsure, the safest option is to avoid including any sexual or adult-oriented content on your site.
In Summary
If your content could reasonably be considered sexual or adult in nature, Rocketspark isn’t the right platform for your website.
