Troubleshooting tips
Form not displaying? Double-check you copied the full embed code from HubSpot.
Cut-off design? Try placing the form in a full-width stack or adjusting the column size.
Mobile layout issues? HubSpot forms are responsive, but use the mobile preview to make sure it looks good.
-
Multiple forms on one page? This is supported, but be sure to copy a unique embed code for each form.
FAQ
Can I style my HubSpot form inside Rocketspark?
Not directly. The styling is controlled in HubSpot’s form editor. For brand consistency, customise your form colours and fonts in HubSpot before embedding.
Do submissions go to both Rocketspark and HubSpot?
No — submissions go straight into HubSpot only. If you’d also like email notifications, set these up inside HubSpot.
