Infoodle forms are a flexible way to collect information, registrations, payments, and feedback directly through your website — with everything flowing straight into your Infoodle database.
Once you’ve created a form in Infoodle, you can embed it on any Rocketspark page using a Code Block. This makes it easy for visitors to submit information without leaving your site, while keeping all your data organised in one place.
Infoodle forms are commonly used for:
Event and course registrations
Let people sign up for events, classes, or programmes online, with registrations automatically stored in Infoodle.Membership or group sign-ups
Ideal for churches, schools, clubs, and community organisations collecting member details.Donations and payments
Collect donations or fees through a form, with built-in payment options handled by Infoodle.Applications and enquiries
Gather more detailed information than a standard contact form — perfect for applications, expressions of interest, or service requests.Surveys and feedback
Capture responses from your community and review them all in one place without needing a separate survey tool.
Because everything submitted through the form goes directly into Infoodle, you can manage contacts, track registrations, and follow up with emails or workflows — without manually moving data around.
