SalesSeek is cloud based Sales and Marketing solution that combines CRM, email marketing, marketing automation and social media in a single application. You can connect your website with SalesSeek via an HTML code for a joined up solution to link your website enquiries and visitor traffic with your CRM to get a really nice single view of customer interactions with your business.
With Rocketspark and SalesSeek you can:

Link your website enquiry form within SalesSeek
To capture enquires on your Rocketspark website direct to SalesSeek follow the steps below. These instructions are only for Rocketspark’s standard email form block on your website. If you wish to use a customised form you should explore creating your own mailchimp form or using a 3rd party form builder and contact SalesSeek about how they integrate with different form types.
- In SalesSeek Click on App Settings
- Go to the Custom Fields menu and in the Individuals menu add a custom field with the Type as paragraph and the Name as Message. This step creates a message field to receive your website enquires. Press Save
- Click on Web > Web Leads
- Remove any existing settings under Web Form Mapping then click New Mapping and add the following three maps. This step tells SalesSeek which fields in your email form are to be matched in SalesSeek.
The Field Name should be entered exactly as below with no capital letters.

message Individual - Message (Custom field) - Copy the <script> tag from the top of the SalesSeek web leads settings window which looks like the following but with your client ID replacing the yourid bold text in the example.
<script src="http://tstatic.salesseek.net/register.js?clientid=yourid"></script> - Log into your Rocketspark dashboard, click on "Get Found (SEO)" in the dashboard menu and paste the above <script> tag into the box labelled "Custom <head> tracking code"area in your website dashboard.
- Now test that SalesSeek is linked to your Rocketspark contact form by logging out of your website dashboard and if you are still on the 30 day Rocketspark trial you must remove the s from the https:// of your website trial address. For example if your website trial address when you log out is https://mytrialwebsite.rocketspark.com you should change it to http://mytrialwebsite.rocketspark.com. Fill in your website’s contact form and within a short time you will start to see the enquiry in SalesSeek.
If a new lead is not created in SalesSeek please double check that you have copied the code correctly from your SalesSeek dashboard.
See your website visitor traffic in SalesSeek
1. To see your website visitor website activity directly in your CRM follow the steps below.In SalesSeek Click on App Settings down the bottom left of the page
2. Click on Web > Web Tracking
4. Copy the <script> tag from the top of the SalesSeek web tracking settings window which looks like the following but with your client ID replacing the bold text in the example.

5. Log into your Rocketspark dashboard, click on "Get Found (SEO)" in the dashboard menu and paste the above <script> tag into the box labelled "Custom <head> tracking code" area in your website dashboard. If you have already set up the web leads tracking you will end up with both tags in this area.
6. Click Save
7. Now test that the tracking is working by logging out of your website dashboard and if you are still on the 30 day Rocketspark trial you must remove the s from the https:// of your website trial address. For example if your website trial address when you log out is https://mytrialwebsite.rocketspark.com you should change it to http://mytrialwebsite.rocketspark.com. Within a short time you will start to see website visitor traffic in SalesSeek.
See your website ecommerce sales history in SalesSeek
Rocketspark’s ecommerce platform and SalesSeek both connect seamlessly with Xero online accounting so that you can have a single view of your online sales and customer activity within SalesSeek.To see your Rocketspark website sales history in SalesSeek you will need a Xero account.
