What does the team do when they do a site review?
There are multiple parts to a site review that the team looks into. Here are a few of them:

Who does the site review?
The Rocketspark support team do the site review. They are constantly looking at websites throughout the day, and they know which websites are effective and how to make them even better than they already are!
What is actually involved in a site review?
We look at your website and see if there are any improvements that could be made, as well as making sure that the set-up is good for users and SEO to get your website showing in Google!
Will changes be made to my website without my knowledge?
There will be no changes made to your website without your knowledge. The team may send a screenshot of how it can look on your website, but nothing will be changed.
Can the team help with SEO set-up?
The support team is able to set up your Google Analytics and Google Search Console. There is a cost for this. If you are interested, please contact the support team (support@rocketspark.com).

I got a site review done. What should my next steps be?
Once the website review is done and you have received it, we highly recommend checking this out. We do note that this can take some time to go through, as there can be a lot of information there. It all doesn't have to be done then and there; you can take days or weeks reviewing the document and adjusting the website. They are recommendations that you're free to implement.
Do they look at my domain name set-up?
We do look at your domain name and make sure it is pointing to Rocketspark to make sure your website is live.
Can I get a site review if my site isn't live yet?
The team can review your website even if it isn't live. Just let the team know that some pages may not be live, and we can take a look over them as well.
Is there a cost associated with the team doing a site review?
There is a cost for the team to do the website review, as this is outside of our support scope. Please feel free to reach out to the support team for a quote (support@rocketspark.com).
Can I get in touch with a designer after a site review has been done?
If you want to get in touch with a designer to help you out with refining your website, please let the support team (support@rocketspark.com) know, and we can pass you through to the right team.
Does this look at the content that is on the page or just the design layout?
We look at the content and the layout of the website. The team takes it all into consideration.
