The Quick Actions Menu is a search feature to help you navigate your website quickly and effortlessly. It allows you to access your pages, products, and blog posts more efficiently, without the need to manually find content.
Accessing the Quick Actions Menu
Click the search icon (🔎) at the top left of your website editor to open the Quick Actions Menu.
Alternatively, use the keyboard shortcuts:
- Command+K (Mac)
- Ctrl+K (Windows)
How to search
As soon as the Quick Actions Menu is open, you'll see a list of your most recent pages.
If the page/blog/product you need isn't listed under recent actions, simply start typing the name of the page/blog/product or a keyword related to it. The Quick Actions Menu will instantly search your site to find this for you.
Manage Pages
If you need to edit/add/delete/rearrange a page, you can quickly click the "Manage Pages" prompt to go to your page settings. Here is How to use Manage Pages for more information.

2. How does the search work?
When the menu opens, you’ll see your most recently edited pages straight away. If you can’t spot what you’re after, start typing the name of the page, blog post, product, or a keyword related to it. The menu will instantly search your site and bring up matching results.
3. Can I manage my pages through the menu?
Yes! Click Manage Pages to quickly jump to your page settings—where you can edit, add, delete, or rearrange pages.
