Is the free trial a live website, or just the chance to build and test it?
In your trial, you'll have access to every feature and can even set your site to be viewable on the internet. It won't be connected to your actual domain, though, and it won't be indexed by Google. If you're using ecommerce, you won't be able to take your shop online during the trial either.
I already have a logo, can I use it?
Yes. When you upload your logo, we automatically pick up its colours and apply a matching colour scheme to your site. See How do I add a logo?
I already have a domain name hosted elsewhere, can I bring it with me, and would it be the free domain?
You can transfer your domain to us, but there's a transfer fee that also covers your first year of registration. If you already have business email addresses connected to that domain, we'd usually recommend leaving the domain where it is rather than transferring it. See Transfer your domain name to Rocketspark.
I had a business email set up before and want to bring it back, is that possible?
It may be easier to set up our email service instead. Pricing is on our domains and emails page, and it's all managed from your website Dashboard, with the domain configured for you. If you'd like to migrate your existing emails across, we offer a migration service too. Get in touch with us for a quote.
Can I convert a standard website to ecommerce later?
Yes. You'll need to upgrade your account to an ecommerce plan to unlock ecommerce features, but this can be done at any time. You can go through the upgrade in your Dashboard, or get in touch and we'll help you through it.
What does a Rocketspark website cost?
Your subscription covers hosting, the website editor, phone and email support, SSL security, and access to Rocketspark templates. Domains and business email are optional add-ons, billed separately. Costs vary by plan and region, so check the Rocketspark pricing page for current figures, and make sure the country selector in the footer is set to your region.

How do I get my website to show up in Google search results?
This is about getting Google to find and index your site, separate from ranking well once it's found. Google's crawlers revisit sites more often when there's fresh content, so publishing blog posts or news updates regularly is one of the most effective ways to encourage indexing. Rocketspark also automatically generates a sitemap for your site, which helps Google discover all your pages.
