FAQs
Q: What image file types does Rocketspark support for logos?
A: Rocketspark supports JPG, JPEG, PNG (including PNG 24 for transparent backgrounds), PDF, and GIF formats for logo uploads.
Q: How do I adjust the size or height of my logo once uploaded?
A: After uploading your logo, go to Change Design → Your Brand. Under “Logo Height” use the + / − controls to increase or decrease logo size. Then click Close and Save Changes.
Q: Can I use a text-only logo instead of an image?
A: Yes — there’s a “Text logo” option: in the “Your Brand” section, tick the box for entering your own text. This will let you have a text-based logo instead of uploading an image.
Q: What if my logo file doesn’t meet these format requirements?
A: If your logo isn’t in one of the accepted formats, you’ll need to convert it (e.g. using an image editor or an online converter) to JPG, PNG, PDF or GIF before uploading. Also ensure transparent backgrounds are done in PNG 24 format, if needed.
Q: How can I remove or delete a logo I’ve already uploaded?
A: To remove your logo, go to Change Design → My Logo. If you’ve uploaded an image, you can switch to using text logo and leave the textbox empty. If you have a text logo, just delete the text and leave it blank. Then Close and Save Changes.
Q: Will making my logo too large affect how my site looks on mobile?
A: It might. While you can adjust logo height/size, a very large logo can dominate the header on smaller screens. The good news is that you can set a different logo size for mobile — just click the Mobile icon in the Your Brand section to adjust it separately. Always preview your site on mobile view after adjusting to make sure it looks balanced.
