From time to time some images that are uploaded may come out with the incorrect orientation on your website - the photos are sideways?!
When a photo is taken on a device (usually a mobile phone) in either landscape or portrait the image is saved with a piece of code to help the image rotate automatically - and sometimes this code can get interpreted incorrectly in your browser or while uploading the image to Rocketspark - resulting in a sideways image.
Rocketspark will try to automatically correct the image orientation as it is uploaded, however, any images uploaded previously in older versions of Rocketspark may still display sideways.
The first step is to try re-uploading the image again. If this does not fix the issue we suggest using some image editing software such as picmonkey (which has an online free trial) or Canva to rotate and save the images in the correct orientation. On your computer, you'll also have an image editor that you'll view the image in when you click to open it.
Once you have the image saved in the correct orientation, re-upload it to your website, and it will display correctly.
