The number of products you can add to your Rocketspark store depends on your ecommerce plan. This guide covers the product limit for each plan, what counts toward it, and how to check how many products you have.
Product limits for each plan

During your free trial, you can add up to 10 products.
What counts as a product?
Each product in your store counts as one product toward your limit, however many variants it has. For example, a t-shirt with five sizes and four colours still counts as one product. The same goes for stock: a product with 500 units in stock still counts as one.
All products in your store count, including hidden and out-of-stock products.
How to check how many products you have
Go to your shop page and scroll to the bottom. In the bottom right-hand corner you'll see a number showing how many products are on the current page and how many products you have in total.
What happens when I reach my limit?
If you try to add a product once you've reached your plan's limit, an error message will tell you you've reached your product limit. To add more products, you'll need to upgrade to a higher plan.
Tips and things to watch out for
- Hidden products still count toward your limit. If you're close to your limit, deleting products you no longer sell frees up space.
- If you sell one item in lots of sizes or colours, set it up as one product with variants rather than separate products. It's tidier for shoppers and uses less of your limit.
- If you're planning to downgrade, check your product count first. You'll need to be under the new plan's limit before the downgrade goes through.

What happens if I downgrade to a plan with a lower product limit?
You won't be able to downgrade while you have more products than the new plan allows. Delete the products over the limit first, then downgrade your plan.
