Undo/Cancel Changes
Have you just deleted a block? If you are still on the page you will be able to undo changes. A pop-up on the right-hand side of the Dashboard will appear for a few seconds, where you will be able to undo changes like deleting a block.
Please note that if you have accidentally deleted content within a block and have not clicked Undo/Cancel button the then we are not able to get this back but head to something like Waybackmachine or CachedView to see if they still have the content on their systems.
Waybackmachine
Waybackmachine is a website that archives content from the internet. It gives you the ability to access previously archived versions of your website, allowing for content to be copied and pasted back the way it was. It can save many hours of frustration.
Please be aware, that your website will only archive if it is live however, there is not always a guarantee that it will be found in the backups.

CachedView
CachedView is a great combination of the 3 major Web cache services out there - Google, Coral and Archive.com. You might not have the ability to roll back the years to various versions, however, you have more of a chance of recovering potential recent changes to your site.
