FAQs
Do I need to sign in with Google every time?
Yes — but if you stay logged into Google in your browser, you can usually sign in with just one click.
What if I don’t see the 'Continue with Google' button?
Check you’re on the official Rocketspark login page. If it’s still missing, try refreshing or switching browsers.
Can I log in with Google if I originally signed up with email and password?
No, Google sign-in only works if your Rocketspark account was created using your Google account. If you signed up with email/password, you’ll need to continue using that method.
Will Rocketspark ever see my Google password?
No — your password is handled securely by Google. Rocketspark never stores or has access to your Google login details.
I forgot which Google account I used — what do I do?
If you’re not sure, try signing in with your different Google accounts until you find the one linked to your Rocketspark account. If you’re still stuck, reach out to Rocketspark Support.
