Do you ever talk to the Rocketspark Customer Support team about a feature you need for your website to reach its full potential and they told you it has been submitted as a feature request. But what does that actually mean?
Our product and development teams regularly review the most common and achievable requests when planning future updates.
What Is a Feature Request?
A feature request is something that a customer has asked for using the Rocketsprk platform but it is something that we do not have built into Rocketspark yet.
The features that have the most feature requests from our customers and are achievable on our end are the features we will work towards becoming a reality on the Rocketspark platform.
Why Feature Requests Matter
Feature requests are very important for Rocketspark as this helps us gain an understanding of what our customers are needing/wanting in regards to the Rocketspark platform.
What Happens When You Submit One
When the support team receive a feature request, we share the request with the wider team and log it internally. This allows us to share the different insights customers and design partners have with the rest of the Rocketspark team.
How to Submit a Request
If there is a feature that you are wanting that we currently don't have, please do reach out to the support team and let them know. As we may not be aware that this particular feature is something our customers are needing.
We highly value feature requests—they’re essential to our platform’s growth.
If you have an idea or specific element please let us know and we can push this through for you.
Send this to the customer support team at support@rocketspark.com.
