Do you ever talk to the Rocketspark Customer Support team about a feature you need for your website to reach its full potential and they told you it has been pushed this as a feature request.
But what does that actually mean?
Feature requests are very important for Rocketspark as this helps us gain an understanding of what our customers are needing/wanting in regards to the Rocketspark platform.
When the support team receive a feature request, we push this to the wider team and collate that information. This allows us to share the different insights customers and design partners have with the rest of the Rocketspark team.
The features that have the most feature requests from our customers and are achievable on our end are the features we will work towards becoming a reality on the Rocketspark platform.
If there is a feature that you are wanting that we currently don't have, please do reach out to the support team and let them know. As we may not be aware that this particular feature is something our customers are needing.
Feature requests are very much welcome and almost necessary for our platform to grow!
