For as long as you remain an Active Partner and comply with our Partner Terms, you will be eligible to earn commission. Your Rocketspark Studio will show you your eligible commission that you can invoice us for.
To claim your commission, just follow these steps:
- View your commission owing balance in your design studio (this excludes GST/VAT, so be sure to add this on top if you need to).
- Generate your invoice for the commission you are claiming
- Send the invoice to support@rocketspark.com
Please note that EftSure now requires you to verify the bank account before they are able to pay the invoice. You will receive an email from noreply_verifications@eft.eftsure.co.nz (please make sure it came from this email address), it will have the last few digits of your bank account details on there which you provided us. Once you get this, there will be a link on the email for you to follow to verify that these account details are correct. The email will look like the following:

Please note first:
- Your invoice balance must be over $100 to be eligible for payout.
- Your invoice will be paid on the 20th of the following month from the date of the invoice.
- Make sure the date on the invoice and the date you send the invoice to us are the same.
- Your commission balance may show as 'paid' before you have received the payment. This just shows when we have processed your commission request.
