Sometimes Mailchimp doesn't like to connect to Rocketspark straight away and you will need to log into the Mailchimp platform completely disconnect from Rocketspark and try again. This is also good to help with any troubleshooting that may happen between Rocketspark and Mailchimp.
- To do this log into Mailchimp
- Head to 'Integrations' and then 'Manage'
- Click 'Other connections', and you will be able to see the Rocketspark Connection
- Click the X next to the connection, there will be a pop-up to confirm you are happy for this connection to be disconnected
You may also want to double-check that the Connection was been disconnected on the Rocketspark side. You can do this by heading to your Rocketspark Dashboard, then Email Marketing where there is an option to disconnect through there.
