When customers make an order in your Rocketspark online store they will be sent an order confirmation email. At the top of each of the order confirmation emails, your logo should display, however, if you notice that your logo is not showing on your confirmation emails this may be why.
1. You do not have a logo set for your website.
If you do not have a logo set up for your website then there will not be a logo to pull through to your order confirmations emails.
2. Your logo is a transparent PNG file.
If your site is using a transparent PNG file then this will not be included in your order confirmation emails. The reason for this is that we don't know how good this will look on a white background so it is safer to not include the logo.
To include a logo in your order confirmation emails what you can do here is to upload your logo to your site with a white background.
If this will not work - for example, this does not fit with the branding guidelines for your business you can send us a copy of your logo with a white background for us to manually apply to your order confirmation emails.
